What is the purpose of the towel insert?
The towel insert offers:
Extra comfort – feels like a soft “sleeping bag” around your skin during the session.
Hygiene – absorbs sweat, keeping your sauna blanket clean and requiring washing less often.
No clothes required – you can relax comfortably and free of clothing in the towel without sacrificing hygiene.
How do you use the towel insert?
Lay out your sauna blanket and open it slightly via the Velcro.
Roll out the towel insert in it.
Curl up in your sauna blanket and towel.
Close the blanket and start your sauna session in comfort.
How often should you wash the towel?
After each use washing is recommended to maintain absorption and hygiene.
Suitable for the washing machine (30–40°C), preferably without fabric softener.
What other benefits does the insert towel offer?
Extra hygiene & convenience – you skip washing the blanket.
Protection of the material – makes your sauna blanket more durable through extra protection.
Comfortable & practical – ideal for after heavy use or intensive sessions.
What is the difference with a normal towel?
Simply put, the towel insert is a large towel that you lie down completely in.
It wraps completely around your body, so that during your sauna session you:
- are completely wrapped
- comfortable and hygienic lies
- and your sauna blanket stays clean.
- Think of it as a soft cotton “sleeping bag” specially made for your sauna blanket.
The design took the purpose into account; absorb sweat and breathe. This allows you to achieve an optimal effect in contrast to clothing and/or various 'normal' towels.
SHIPPING, WARRANTY, DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You often receive the product the next day.
Please note, the carrier does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. In the case of orders placed on Saturday, this means that you will often not receive the product until Tuesday at the earliest.
We do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your product as soon as possible!
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping and return costs are free from 50 euros.
What can I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you have any damage to the product, we ask you to contact us info@flamengolife.nl.
If possible, include photos of the damage to speed up the process. We will help you with the report as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact info@flamengolife.nl.
We will then help you further.
You can return or exchange the product within 30 days, provided you have adhered to the terms of our warranty policy.
In most cases, the paid amount will be processed within 14 days. This also applies if you exchange the product.
Where do you ship orders from?
All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This means you benefit from fast delivery and reliable service.
