What are the dimensions and weight?

How do you use the gel pack for heat and cold?
Heat: 20–30 seconds in the microwave (700W), make sure it heats up further afterwards.
Cold: in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Usage: Place the gel pack in the cover, wrap it tightly around the desired body part with the elastic band - you have your hands free during use.
How long does a session last?
A session lasts approx 10–15 minutes, which corresponds to scientific guidelines for thermotherapy and cryotherapy. Repeat this several times a day if desired.
Why does this wrap work so well?
Cold therapy reduces swelling and inflammation and relieves muscle spasms.
Heat therapy relaxes stiff muscles, stimulates blood circulation and promotes recovery.
In addition, the compression with the elastic band helps to retain the pack and promote circulation.
Which part of the body can you treat with it?
This wrap is flexible and suitable for the entire body.
What does science say about the benefits?

SHIPPING, WARRANTY, DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You often receive the product the next day.
Please note, the carrier does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. In the case of orders placed on Saturday, this means that you will often not receive the product until Tuesday at the earliest.
We do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your product as soon as possible!
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping and return costs are free from 50 euros.
What can I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you have any damage to the product, we ask you to contact us info@flamengolife.nl.
If possible, include photos of the damage to speed up the process. We will help you with the report as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact info@flamengolife.nl.
We will then help you further.
You can return or exchange the product within 30 days, provided you have adhered to the terms of our warranty policy.
In most cases, the paid amount will be processed within 14 days. This also applies if you exchange the product.
Where do you ship orders from?
All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This means you benefit from fast delivery and reliable service.
